About the role

Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology with PRN status, responsible for performing clinical procedures, patient care, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-procedure care
• Administer contrast and sedation
• Prepare patients for procedures
• Maintain sterile technique
• Support diagnostic and treatment procedures
• Coordinate patient schedules
• Assist with departmental records
• Ensure patient safety and educate patients and families
• Assist in training staff
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations
• Perform clinical procedures and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with physicians
• Deliver compassionate, age-specific patient care

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of Interventional Radiology experience
• Proficiency in moderate sedation
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Cath Lab background
