About the role

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Align duties with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Requirements

  • Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
  • Current RN license in the state or a compact license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Additional unit-specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation, and others as needed
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks that involve gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
