About the Role
Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality, all while aligning with organizational values and standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care utilizing nursing procedures
- Evaluate and improve care quality
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
Requirements
- Graduate from a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, and others as required by the unit
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
