Interventional Radiologist (Partnership Track Available)

Position Overview

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist interested in a long-term partnership opportunity within a well-established, physician-led, multi-specialty outpatient practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of image-guided interventional procedures, including:
  • Angioplasty
  • Stent placement
  • Biopsies
  • Embolization
  • Drainage procedures
• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including:
  • CT scans
  • MRI
  • Ultrasound
  • Fluoroscopy
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with referring providers
• Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care, including consultations and follow-ups
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Stay current with advancements in interventional radiology techniques and technologies

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
• Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Minimum 3 years of experience required (New graduates are not accepted)

Compensation & Employment Structure

• Highly competitive compensation with productivity-based upside
• Partnership track available
• Structured as a partner position with K-1 compensation
• Not W-2 and not independent contractor
• Compensation model: Approximately 30% of gross revenue generated, plus additional upside tied to overall practice performance
