Flexible Options for Partnership Track or Associate Radiologist in Private Practice

About the role

Bay Imaging Consultants Medical Group, Inc. is a large, established, physician-owned private radiology practice serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We are a successful, collegial group with more than 115 board-certified radiologists providing comprehensive imaging services across 12 hospitals and 40+ outpatient imaging centers. We are not private equity owned, and leadership remains firmly in the hands of practicing physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic imaging services in a variety of subspecialties including but not limited to: Body / Abdominal Imaging, Breast Imaging and Women’s Imaging, Neuroradiology, Interventional Radiology and Neuro-Interventional Radiology, Musculoskeletal Imaging, Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, and General Diagnostic Radiology.
• Work in a hybrid practice setting across multiple Bay Area locations, including the Silicon Valley, South Bay, East Bay, and North Bay / Napa Wine Country.
• Offer full-time, part-time, and partnership-track positions depending on experience, subspecialty, and scheduling preferences.

Requirements

We are currently recruiting radiologists for hybrid daytime practice opportunities across multiple Bay Area locations. No private equity involvement, strong culture of clinical excellence, collegiality, and mutual respect.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Experience in one or more of the following subspecialties: Body / Abdominal Imaging, Breast Imaging and Women’s Imaging, Neuroradiology, Interventional Radiology and Neuro-Interventional Radiology, Musculoskeletal Imaging, Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, and General Diagnostic Radiology.
• Strong commitment to clinical partnership and long-term career stability.

Pay

$475,000 - $800,000 annually
