Seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist for a well‑established private ENT practice in a desirable Northern Virginia area. The practice offers a supportive, collegial environment with experienced colleagues and the opportunity to become a partner with income potential in the 90th percentile. Physicians handle general ENT duties with flexibility to incorporate subspecialty interests, and the practice is equipped with comprehensive diagnostic and procedural facilities, including audiology, allergy testing, and in‑office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy patient load from day one in a growth‑oriented setting.
• Provide general otolaryngology care and incorporate subspecialty interests as desired.
• Utilize the practice’s comprehensive diagnostic and procedural facilities, such as audiology and allergy testing.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues in a supportive, collegial environment.

Compensation

Compensation is productivity‑ and incentive‑based, with income potential in the 90th percentile and opportunities for ASC ownership.
