Interventional Radiologist – Full-Time (Onsite)

About the role
We are seeking a Full-Time Interventional Radiologist to support comprehensive, hospital-based radiology services across the Nevada region. This role follows a structured block coverage model designed to support clinical continuity, procedural volume, and sustainable work-life balance. The position includes procedural responsibilities with integrated call coverage and offers the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of interventional radiology procedures, including angiography, biopsies, catheter insertions, vascular interventions, and ablations
- Interpret diagnostic imaging to guide procedural planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (surgery, oncology, emergency medicine, hospitalists, etc.)
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and communication
- Provide timely consultative support to referring providers
- Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
- Eligible for Nevada medical licensure
- Proficiency in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment
Pay
Compensation is aligned with coverage commitment, employment classification, and annual workload expectations under an approved block scheduling model. Final compensation is determined by approved coverage level, RVU productivity expectations, and employment classification. Additional diagnostic work is compensated on a per-RVU basis.
