Interventional Cardiologist - Locum Tenens

About the role

We are seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for locum support, providing inpatient and clinic care with 24-hour call coverage in a community-focused environment. This role offers diverse clinical exposure in a regional healthcare setting with access to outdoor recreation and cultural experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10-15 adult patients daily in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Perform interventional procedures including PTCA stents, cardiac catheterizations, echocardiograms, stress tests, EKGs, and peripheral interventions
• Handle inpatient hospital management and outpatient clinic duties
• Conduct procedure days with 1-2 interventions in the cardiac lab
• Provide 24-hour call coverage

Requirements

• Board certification in Interventional Cardiology

• Clinical proficiency in interventional procedures
• Strong patient management abilities
• Flexibility to provide 24-hour call coverage
