Responsibilities
- Manage 6-10 patients per shift
- Provide high-quality inpatient care and ensure patient safety
- Participate in call nights and weekends as required, with a minimum of 7 shifts per month
- Guarantee 8-hour workdays
- Deliver timely, effective medical services
Qualifications & Skills
- Active medical license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical skills in hospital settings
- Ability to handle a busy inpatient environment
- Excellent communication skills
