What You’ll Do Partner with classroom teachers to develop and deliver strategies that help students master essential literacy and math skillsWork directly with individual students or small groups, providing targeted support and encouragementUse innovative instructional strategies and learning technologies to boost student growthTrack student progress and keep performance data organized and confidentialCollaborate regularly with staff, building coaches, and administrators to discuss student needs and share effective strategiesBecome an expert in intervention software and tools that promote learningMaintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for every student What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (required)Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification (preferred)Strong communication skills—both written and verbalExperience with classroom management and instructional strategiesExcellent organizational skills and a collaborative spiritCommitment to confidentiality and professionalism Position Details Temporary, part-time role dependent on grant funding for 4 hours per day for 164 days for the 2026-2027 school year.Salary: $37/hr. for those that hold a PA teaching certificate; $35/hr. for all others with a bachelor's degree.
