About the role

CMN is seeking a touring intern to provide key support to the touring team. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including generating and reviewing reports, ensuring project accuracy, managing the departmental calendar, and communicating with vendors. The intern will directly support the team throughout current and upcoming tours.

Responsibilities

• Review artwork and promotional spots with precision to ensure accuracy
• Generate sales reports for recently announced tours
• Prepare daily ticket sale reports
• Manage the departmental calendar
• Assist in distributing media artwork assets for campaigns
• Forecast and request new graphics for artists/campaigns as needed
• Organize BlueBooks
• Request avails from venues
• Create routings for upcoming tours
• Provide general support to the touring department

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in communications, media, advertising, or a related field
• Bilingual (verbal and written Spanish) required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to execute projects on time
• Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong conceptual, research, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills
• Basic understanding of budgeting and advertising
• Ongoing knowledge of the music industry and current music trends

Pay

$17.05 per hour
