Role Description

This is a remote, unpaid internship open to high school and college students. As an intern at Cortland Capital, you will support a growing trading and education brand by contributing to areas such as community growth, content creation, research, and strategy support. Responsibilities may include assisting with Discord engagement, helping develop trading-related content, supporting marketing initiatives, and researching trends within futures markets and prop firms. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a real trading-focused environment while building skills in communication, digital growth, and analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an online team environment
• Interest in trading, financial markets, or entrepreneurship
• Willingness to learn futures trading concepts and prop firm models
• Ability to contribute to content ideas, community engagement, or growth initiatives
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time in a remote setting
• Basic familiarity with platforms like Discord, Google Docs, or social media
• Analytical mindset and curiosity about markets and strategy
• Prior experience in trading, content creation, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
