What You'll Do

• Perform the day-to-day financial accounting and month-end close processes, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Identify and implement best practices regarding execution of accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review financial reporting for the Field Operations and Finance Teams.
• Work directly with Field Operations to assist in correcting and explaining accounting issues and concerns.
• Work with the Foundation team as needed as it relates to the accounting team.
• Provide financial and business analysis to support key strategic objectives and implement reporting tools to aid management.
• Perform other duties and projects, as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Working towards attaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting at an accredited institution.
• Time Management Skills balancing school and professional work.
• A willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Benefits

The hourly rate range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $22.01 - $25.54. Nutrien provides an attractive benefits package that includes catastrophic coverages, paid sick days, holidays, and an Employee and Family Assistance Program.
