Retail Stock Associate, Part-time

About the role

Nespresso is seeking a part-time Stock Associate to join our dynamic team at Topanga Mall. This role involves driving multiple facets of the business, from back-of-house operations to the sales floor, ensuring that customers find their favorite coffees and products.

Responsibilities

• Process all inbound and outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising, and product transfers.
• Maintain organization in the stockroom to ensure products are easily located for the sales team.
• Replenish merchandise within the boutique and assist the sales floor as needed.
• Maintain a safe boutique environment, ensuring cleanliness, and demonstrating loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

• Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Patience for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment and resourcefulness in troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail setting preferred.

Pay

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.

Schedule
