Retail Associate (Part-Time)

What will you do?

• Assist in the execution of the team’s retail merchandise operation
• Aid in customer’s purchasing needs while creating an innovative shopping experience
• Provide outstanding customer service in a welcoming manner and respond appropriately to customer’s questions/requests
• Process purchases through the POS system
• Auxiliary in setting up and taking down merchandise displays
• Auxiliary in inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Alerts management of potential security issues
• Set-up pre-game and breakdown post-game retail stores
• Maintain merchandising standards and cleanliness of store/stands
• Other duties as assigned

Work Locations May Include:

• Country Club Plaza Retail Store
• CPKC Stadium Team Store
• Teal Mobile - Various Locations
• Warehouse Location near CPKC Stadium

What do you need to succeed?

• Required Retail Sales Experience is Preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a priority on excellent customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable being responsible for and handling retail purchase transactions
• Professional appearance and presentation
• PREFERRED: High School Diploma
• PREFERRED: Preferred Bilingual

Special Requirements Of The Job

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights (event evenings & overnight operation shifts), and holidays.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the venue for extended periods of time, often during events or facility setup and breakdown.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for event setup, equipment management, or assisting with operational needs.
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, and reaching overhead to handle various tasks related to facility management, equipment, and event preparation.
• Ability to work outdoors continuously for extended periods of time in all weather conditions.
