Internship, Payroll (Winter/Spring 2027)

About the role

Location: Draper, Utah. The internship is expected to start January 2027 and continue through the entire Spring term (through April) or into early Summer 2027 if available. A minimum of 12 weeks, full‑time is required for most internships. International students whose work authorization is through CPT must confirm with their school that they can work 40 hours per week before applying.

The Payroll Accounting Intern will work with the Payroll team to provide payroll processing support for over 50,000 employees across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and India.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties that require an understanding of company payroll policies and procedures.
• Provide strong customer service while supporting payroll processing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Advanced Excel skill set.
• Extremely detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of audit procedures, tax, and accounting principles.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with tight timelines.
