INTERNSHIP PAY- Youth Soccer Coach

About the Role

This internship provides a broad training experience covering operational and administrative areas of the Soccer Shots JOCOKS franchise. Interns will gain hands-on experience in program development, marketing/advertising, inventory control, on-field coaching, and office management while working in an entry-level position.

We train coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management. Our high-quality, foundational soccer training prepares children for a lifetime of soccer, aiming to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

Responsibilities

• On-field coaching for children ages 18 months to 8 years
• Program development and curriculum implementation
• Marketing and advertising initiatives
• Inventory control and office management
• Collaborating with a diverse team and population

Requirements

• Strong organization and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively
• Background in sports (participation, planning, or work experience)
• Previous experience working with youth and adults
• Ability to understand and meet the needs of a diverse population
• Reliable personal vehicle

Compensation

• Training: $15 per session
• Level 1 Coach: $18 per session
• Level 2 Coach: $22 per session
• Level 2 Coach + Trainer: $26 per session
• Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
• Gas reimbursement (based on sessions coached per week)
