Youth Soccer Coach $20-24 per 30-minute session Full Time

About the role

We are a youth soccer organization for children aged 2-8 years old. We operate in childcare centers, preschools, and public spaces. Our mission is to provide a fun, engaging, and educational soccer experience for young children.

Responsibilities

• Create an awesome experience for each and every child during 30-45 minute soccer sessions.
• Run soccer sessions in schools, parks, and public spaces.
• Work with little supervision once you receive your schedule.
• Commit to the entire season, which is crucial due to the age of the children we serve.
• Receive training and support from our comprehensive training program.

Requirements

• Own a reliable car.
• Be available to coach anywhere from 3 to 30+ sessions per week, depending on availability.
• Prioritize coaches with Saturday morning availability.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• A passion for impacting children's lives through soccer.
• The ability to act silly, pretend to be pirates, astronauts, or animals, and give high fives and encouragement.
• A love for the game of soccer.
