About the role
Supports the IT department in providing technical assistance to end-users. Assists in maintaining hardware and software systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and software updates.
- Document issues and solutions for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in IT support or similar field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and basic cybersecurity concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
