Image and configure desktop and laptop computers according to company standards
Perform basic system setups, including hardware installation and initial software configuration
Label, organize, and track equipment for deployment and return
Pack (box) and prepare machines for shipping or relocation
Unpack, stage, and deploy devices at various work locations
Provide basic troubleshooting during deployment activities
Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking documentation
Follow established processes and ensure quality control during deployments
Travel to different sites as needed to support rollout projects
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and standardized procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 40–50 lbs)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or regionally
Prior experience with PC imaging or IT support (internship, school, or entry-level role)
Familiarity with deployment tools or ticketing systems
Experience handling inventory or asset management
On-site role based in Cooperstown, NY with frequent travel to nearby locations
Hands-on work involving equipment setup, packaging, and transport
May require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
