What You'll Do
- Update applicable employee records and reports in the appropriate systems
- Help manage and respond to general inquiries under direction
- Represent the Tesla immigration team in a professional manner by building rapport and trust with Tesla employees on the immigration process
- Identify process inefficiencies and work with the team to simplify and document our workflows
- Create, review, and analyze reports to understand trends in immigration data
- Cook up regulatory notice of filing postings for NIV and green card cases
- Process general invitation letters supporting business travelers
- Take on other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Political Science, International Relations, Human Resources, or Sociology
- 1- 2 years related employment immigration experience and/or training preferred
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment within strict timelines
- Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Understanding of U.S. immigration documents, including I-94 arrival/departure records, visa stamps, and USCIS approval notices preferred
