Internship, Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (Fall 2026)

About the role

The position is expected to start August 2026 and continue through the entire Fall term (through December) or into early Spring 2027, requiring a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time commitment. Please ensure you can work 40 hours per week before applying.

Responsibilities

• EHS interns engage in a variety of activities in different EHS disciplines under the mentorship of specialists/managers.
• Projects include equipment safety, industrial hygiene, occupational ergonomics, environmental compliance, sustainability, and training & education.
• Interns work closely with multiple teams including production, engineering, construction safety, safety, environmental, R&D, sustainability operations, fire management, emergency management, and industrial hygiene.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies, Industrial Safety, Public Health, Safety, or a related field.
• Previous work experience or internships related to the area of expertise.
• Experience or knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain key project metrics and assure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate policies.
• Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, and intellectually curious.
• Ability to embrace and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• International students must consult their school regarding CPT eligibility before applying.
