What You'll Do
- Manage cross-functional hardware design programs for Charging Products (Supercharging/Semi Charging/AC Charging/Robot Charging), overseeing project scoping, coordination with design, supply chain, validation, and system integration teams, while driving projects to completion
- Develop and manage project plans and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Be analytical, collect and utilize data to present progress, trends, risks and opportunities for projects
- Requires leading a cross functional team, balancing multiple tasks, running meetings, creating plans, delivering results, and being a flexible and capable problem solver
- Define and drive the schedule for upcoming new project launches and sustaining programs
What You'll Bring
- Pursuing a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Experience managing end-to-end product deployment — from concept through development and successful launch
- Familiarity with system development concepts
- Experience building, developing, and managing highly effective project management tools and processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functionally environment
- Excellent organization and delegation skills with ability to own the product roadmap and schedule with a track record of delivering projects on-time

Pay
Expected Compensation $20.00 - $50.00/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
