This is a four (4) month internship with the potential to transition to a permanent role. The position is hybrid and requires you to be located within 60 miles of Harrisburg, PA.

Responsibilities
- Maintain an assigned portfolio of customer accounts within company policy parameters for open balance, aging, order approval, and issue resolution.
- Review and approve orders in a timely manner, adhering to company policy.
- Collect past due invoices within company parameters.
- Resolve non-research-related customer issues.
- Determine the root cause of issues to prevent recurrence and assist in developing customer strategies to reduce ongoing problems.
- Work with large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally and positively with co-workers and customers.
- Adhere to company policies, including attendance.
Requirements
- High School diploma or Associate Degree with an emphasis on business or accounting, or commensurate experience required.
- Four-year degree in business preferred.
- Strong analytical and collection skills.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in several discrete software applications.
