Financial Services Representative

Location: 2777 Airport Rd, Jackson, MI 49202. This branch is a Retail In-Store branch located in Walmart, Meijer, and Kroger stores.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Sunday: Closed

Responsibilities

• Deliver stellar service to credit union members and potential new members.
• Serve as a face for our brand—happy, confident, and positive.
• Provide unique and personalized financial solutions, including loan decisions, savings strategies, and account recommendations.
• Introduce potential new members to the perks of joining Michigan First Credit Union.
• Follow through on promises and ensure all details are covered.

Requirements

• Outgoing and personable—must enjoy engaging with people.
• 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial sales, retail, or as a relationship/personal banker.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn products and services thoroughly and quickly.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate later hours and Saturdays.
• Willingness to assist at any in-store location as needed.
