What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting and sending bid solicitation letters to subcontractors
- Flexing your math skills with quantity take-offs
- Diving into subcontractor bids and evaluating proposals
- Participating in trade scope reviews and recap sheets
- Helping make critical project decisions
- Making recommendation letters to clients
- Managing the Request for Information (RFI) process
- Overseeing submittals and ensuring timely delivery
- Tracking punch lists and ensuring quality control
- Monitoring the Cost Control Log
- Taking part in project management and corporate meetings
- Participating in training and development opportunities
