What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting and sending bid solicitation letters to subcontractors
- Flexing your math skills with quantity take-offs
- Diving into subcontractor bids and figuring out who’s got the goods
- Helping make the big decisions with trade scope reviews and recap sheets
- Drafting recommendation letters to owners
- Keeping projects on track with regular schedule updates
- Managing the RFI process (Requests for Information)
- Overseeing submittals and keeping everything moving smoothly
- Tracking punch lists and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Making sure project closeouts are as clean as your job site
- Keeping an eagle eye on the Cost Control Log
- Participating in PM and corporate meetings
- Taking part in training and development opportunities

Office & Travel
