What You’ll Be Doing

  • Crafting and sending bid solicitation letters to subcontractors
  • Flexing your math skills with quantity take-offs
  • Diving into subcontractor bids and figuring out who’s got the goods
  • Helping make the big decisions with trade scope reviews and recap sheets
  • Drafting recommendation letters to owners
  • Keeping projects on track with regular schedule updates
  • Managing the RFI process (Requests for Information)
  • Overseeing submittals and keeping everything moving smoothly
  • Tracking punch lists and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Making sure project closeouts are as clean as your job site
  • Keeping an eagle eye on the Cost Control Log
  • Participating in PM and corporate meetings
  • Taking part in training and development opportunities

Office & Travel
