Showroom & Internet Sales Manager

Paul Clark Ford is growing, and we are seeking a dynamic Showroom & Internet Sales Manager to lead our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and hold salespeople and future BDC representatives accountable.
• Directly manage a two-person BDC and ensure daily activity and appointment goals are achieved.
• Desk deals when needed as backup.
• Provide accurate reporting to the General Manager (GSM) and General Manager (GM).

Preferred Experience

• Internet sales or BDC management experience.
• Experience leading and developing a small team.
• VinSolutions experience is a plus.
