Internet Sales Manager- Detroit Area Chevrolet Cadillac Dealer

About the role

We are seeking an Internet Sales Manager for our Chevrolet Cadillac store in Dearborn. This individual will oversee our basic website, search marketing, incoming leads, outgoing responses, response time, and response quality, with a strong focus on closing deals.

The Internet Sales Manager will also supervise the Business Development Representative (BDR) and collaborate closely with salespeople to ensure a high close ratio. Our store receives over 400+ leads per month, with significant room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the store’s basic website and search marketing efforts.
• Manage incoming leads and outgoing responses, ensuring timely and high-quality follow-up.
• Monitor and improve response time and quality to maximize lead conversion.
• Close deals effectively and drive sales growth.
• Supervise the Business Development Representative (BDR).
• Work closely with salespeople to maintain a high close ratio.
