Here's what you'll be doing: Respond to internet leads in a timely mannerAnswer internet customer initial questionsTransition internet sales leads to sales consultants and assist with follow-upManage and train internet sales teamRespond to email inquiries utilizing established proceduresMonitor staff productivity and quota levels and recommend training to improve resultsMake out-bound calls to potential customers to solicit appointmentsOther duties as assigned Here’s what you’ll need: 2 to 3 years of internet experience in a dealership environmentPrior experience in leading a team or internet department requiredPrevious sales floor experience a plusMust be able to provide references upon requestProficient with Microsoft Office productsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (( We Hear You ))
