- Set the Stage: Your primary goal is to turn digital interest into confirmed, high-show appointments.
What You Bring
- Automotive Experience: A proven track record in a dealership setting (Internet Sales or BDC experience preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Ability to communicate effectively via email, text, and video (video walkarounds are a must!)
- Communication Skills: You are as persuasive over the phone as you are in person.
- Discipline: You understand that "the fortune is in the follow-up."
