Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Consultant to join our team as a bath sales consultant. This is a fully commission-based role ideal for self-starters who thrive on performance-based income and enjoy working directly with homeowners. You’ll be responsible conducting in-home consultations and closing sales.

What You’ll Do

• Congduct inhome consultations to assess customer needs and present solutions
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
• Met or exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement, construction, or in home sales a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset
• Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. Top performers can earn $100,000–$275,000+ annually based on sales performance.
