Internet Sales Consultant/BDC

Job Duties

• Communicate effectively with internet customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, text, email or in person)
• Manage Internet customers daily with ongoing follow up keeping customers informed of special events, availability, special offers, etc.
• Continue to schedule appointments for customers who have not yet visited the showroom.
• Maintain notes in Higher Gear (CRM) for accurate record keeping
• Ongoing product knowledge development
