Internet Sales Associate

About the role

John Vance Auto Group, a family-operated dealership with over 40 years of experience, seeks a motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to internet leads promptly and professionally. - Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and text to build trust and rapport. - Guide customers through the buying process, from inquiry to delivery. - Follow up with leads to maintain relationships and generate repeat business. - Set appointments for the sales team and ensure a high show rate. - Track activity, progress, and results to meet and exceed goals.

Requirements

- Proven sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required). - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads at once. - Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
