- Support the sales process by setting appointments, following up consistently, and maintaining strong customer communication.
- Present product features, technology, trim levels, and available options in a clear and helpful manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and lead activity in the CRM system.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Aid in creating and improving online listing content, photos, and vehicle descriptions when needed.
- Stay informed on current promotions, inventory updates, and market trends.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain a professional, friendly approach across digital and phone communication channels.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, online lead platforms, and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to learn product details quickly and explain information clearly.
- Prior experience in automotive sales, internet sales, product presentation, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
