About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team in a role that combines digital sales support, product knowledge, and lead management.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, email inquiries, phone calls, and online chat requests.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide accurate vehicle, pricing, and availability information.
  • Support the sales process by setting appointments, following up consistently, and maintaining strong customer communication.
  • Present product features, technology, trim levels, and available options in a clear and helpful manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and lead activity in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Aid in creating and improving online listing content, photos, and vehicle descriptions when needed.
  • Stay informed on current promotions, inventory updates, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain a professional, friendly approach across digital and phone communication channels.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools, online lead platforms, and basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to learn product details quickly and explain information clearly.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales, internet sales, product presentation, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
