Job Responsibilities
- Process internet orders on a daily basis by pulling items from the selling floor
- Physically move merchandise from departments and stockrooms to the internet room
- Package merchandise for shipping directly to customers
Job Requirements
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Prior retail sales experience and/or customer service experience, preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate freight elevator, lifting (up to 75 lbs.) and frequent walking/standing
- Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends
