Internet Fulfillment Associate - FT

Job Responsibilities

• Process internet orders by pulling items from the selling floor.
• Physically move merchandise from departments and stockrooms to the internet room.
• Pack merchandise for shipping directly to customers.

Job Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Prior retail sales experience and/or customer service experience, preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate freight elevator, lifting (up to 75 lbs.), and frequent walking/standing.
• Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends.
