Internet Chat Support - Bilingual encouraged to apply On site in Seffner Florida RTG Headquarters When someone asks you a question, do you immediately reach for your phone to look up the answer? If so, you may be a great fit for this position. We are growing and expanding our online services. We are creating a new position with HUGE potential for growth and success! Our goal is to add a personal touch to the online shopping experience. We provide the best customer service, whether a customer is in one of our beautiful stores or on our website.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering questions via online chat
• Making recommendations to online shoppers
• Engaging and assisting online shoppers with their purchases

What We're Looking For

• Associates that are very customer-oriented, outgoing, and have a passion to succeed while working in a high-energy environment, surrounded by a great team
• Strong written communication skills (professional tone, grammar, spelling)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Quick and accurate typing skills (45 WPM+)
• Able to handle multiple conversations at the same time, while maintaining focus on an individual customer and conversation
• Able to receive training, instruction and critiquing with a positive attitude and an open mind to learning and improving
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to utilize the internet effectively, navigating through multiple pages in order to find information and communicate that information back to the customer
• Preference for experience in sales and/or customer service, however, we are willing to train the right person
