Responsibilities

- Review account, order, ticket, or record details and update internal systems accurately.
- Document issues, resolutions, follow-up needs, and escalation notes in the appropriate tools.
- Cook up coordination with operations, support, or internal teams when requests require additional review.
- Maintain service quality, response consistency, confidentiality, and remote-work accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience, coursework, training, or strong interest related to the responsibilities of this role.
- Strong written communication, professionalism, and attention to customer details.
- Ability to update records accurately and follow documented support procedures.
- Comfort using CRM, ticketing, spreadsheet, or internal workflow tools.
- Reliable remote-work habits, time management, and confidentiality.

- Experience using CRM, ticketing, chat, email, or order-management tools.
- Comfort handling repetitive workflows with accuracy.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $46,000 – $66,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and business needs.
