International Undergraduate Admissions Evaluator
for each section present: About the role? The job summary is like description; we can treat as "About the role" maybe. The instructions: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. Content includes: - Job Summary (description) - Responsibilities (list) - Minimum Qualifications (list) - Preferences (list) - Special Instructions (metadata: Requisition Number, Full Time, Work Schedule Summary, Department, Location, Pay Rate Range, Close Date, Open Until Filled, application link) - Benefits: "The University of Utah offers excellent pay and benefits package which includes the following: Affordable Health Insurance from Day 1 Sick and Vacation Pay Accrual Free Bus/Trax/Frontrunner pass University-funded Retirement Plan Life Insurance And more! For more information, go to https://www.hr.utah.edu/benefits/" Thus we have Benefits content. Pay: "Pay Rate Range: $16.50 per hour" is present. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: "Work Schedule Summary: 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday" is present. Also mention hybrid schedule after 90 days. So we have schedule content. Thus we can include sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications? Actually Minimum Qualifications is like requirements. Preferences could be Skills? The instruction list includes Skills as possible heading. We could put Preferences under Skills. Or we could have a separate Preferences section but not in list; but they said use those headings as examples, not strict. Probably better to map: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications), Skills (preferences), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include filler headings. Ensure each section has substantive content. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Thus: - About the role: prose from Job Summary (maybe multiple sentences). We'll put in
. - Responsibilities: list items from the bullet list (the lines after "Responsibilities"). - Requirements: list items from Minimum Qualifications (maybe also include "College coursework in a related area is preferred." but that's preference? Actually it's part of Minimum Qualifications: "College coursework in a related area is preferred." We'll include as list item. - Skills: list items from Preferences (Attention to detail, Ability to provide high quality and quantity of work, Problem-solving ability, Minimum typing ability may be required, Foreign language is desired but not necessary.) - Benefits: list items from benefits list. - Pay: prose: "$16.50 per hour" maybe also mention pay rate range. - Schedule: prose: "8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday" plus note about hybrid after 90 days. We also need to include minor metadata like Requisition Number, Full Time, Department, Location, Close Date, Open Until Filled, application link? The instruction says: Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph at the end or beginning with that info. Probably after the sections we can add a
with that metadata. We must remove application instructions like "To apply, visit ..." and copyright etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information; we should keep the link to benefits? The benefits section includes "For more information, go to https://www.hr.utah.edu/benefits/". That's substantive; we can keep as part of benefits list maybe as a separate list item. We should not include the application link (the utah.peopleadmin.com) as it's application instruction; remove. Also remove "Open Until Filled" maybe considered metadata; we can keep in short paragraph. Let's craft HTML. Structure:

Schedule
Work Schedule Summary: 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered following the successful completion of 90 days of employment and are subject to management approval and applicable University of Utah policies.
Then minor metadata paragraph:Requisition Number: PRN46211B • Full Time • Department: 00295 - Office of Admissions • Location: Campus • Close Date: 12/14/2026 • Open Until Filled
We must ensure no extra markdown, just HTML. Check for any duplicated content: we removed "Staff are required to be in the office; this is not a remote position." That's substantive? It's about remote vs in-office. Could be considered part of About the role or Schedule? It's about work location. Might be worth including in About the role or Schedule. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that statement somewhere. Perhaps add to About the role paragraph. Also "The Office of Admissions currently operates on a hybrid schedule." Already covered in schedule. Also "This employee will also communicate with students, departments, and other on-campus partners to address inquiries regarding admission policies, the submission and processing of related documentation, and to connect students with campus resources." That's substantive; we missed that. Should be included in About the role or Responsibilities? It's a duty, maybe add to Responsibilities list. Also "It is important to note that this position does not entail active recruitment of potential applicants." That's substantive; maybe add to About the role. Also "Staff are required to be in the office; this is not a remote position." Add to About the role. Also "Please note that this is a Main campus-based position and this employee will be working at the Salt Lake City Admissions office." Add to About the role. Also "There are busier times of year when we receive an increase in applications for UAC and this typically occurs between the months of November to March and overtime may be made available during this time." That's substantive; maybe add to Schedule or About the role. Could add to Schedule as note about overtime. We need to incorporate all these. Let's rewrite About the role paragraph to include: - Vital role in international student admission and record maintenance process. - Trained to evaluate academic transcripts, test scores, and relevant credentials. - Responsibilities include preparing, verifying, and entering data into computerized student information systems. - Works with Undergraduate International Admissions team to process applications for current admissions cycle and assist in maintaining student records for Utah Asia Campus (UAC) located in Incheon, South Korea. - Busier times Nov-Mar, overtime may be available. - Main campus-based position, working at Salt Lake City Admissions office. - Communicates with students, departments, and other on-campus partners to address inquiries regarding admission policies, submission/processing of documentation, and connect students with campus resources. - Position does not entail active recruitment of potential applicants. - Staff required to be in the office; not a remote position. - Office of Admissions operates on a hybrid schedule; hybrid may be considered after 90 days. But we already have schedule section covering hybrid schedule; we can mention that hybrid schedule info in schedule section. We need to avoid duplication: schedule section already mentions hybrid after 90 days. So we can keep that. Thus About the role can be a paragraph summarizing the core. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "This employee plays a vital role in the international student admission and record maintenance process. They are trained to evaluate academic transcripts, test scores, and relevant credentials, and are responsible for preparing, verifying, and entering data into computerized student information systems. Working with the Undergraduate International Admissions team, they process applications for the current admissions cycle and assist in maintaining student records for the Utah Asia Campus (UAC) in Incheon, South Korea. The role includes communicating with students, departments, and on‑campus partners to address admission‑policy inquiries, document submission and processing, and to connect students with campus resources. It does not involve active recruitment of applicants. The position is based on the Main campus at the Salt Lake City Admissions office, requires in‑office attendance (not remote), and sees increased application volume from November to March, during which overtime may be available." That seems comprehensive. Now schedule section: we have "Work Schedule Summary: 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered following the successful completion of 90 days of employment and are subject to management approval and applicable University of Utah policies." Also we could add note about overtime Nov-Mar? Already in About the role. Now responsibilities list: we need to include the duty about communicating with students etc. But we already covered that in About the role; but we could still include it in responsibilities list as it's a duty. However we must not duplicate content? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; duplication is okay if it's present in original? They said remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid
