We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also must not include sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". We have content: Primary Purpose paragraph, Essential Functions broken into subparts: Immigration Compliance & SEVIS Administration, F-1 OPT Focus: Advising & Case Processing, Collaboration & Compliance Communication, Reporting & Administration. Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Physical Requirements, Work Schedule, Travel & Other, Hiring Range (Pay), Background Check Statement (maybe not needed), AB 810 Misconduct Disclosure (legal boilerplate - remove), To apply (application instructions - remove), Copyright etc (remove). Also "This is a 40-hour/week position for six (6) months with a possibility for extension." That's schedule/duration. Also "Work is conducted during standard business hours, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities." That's schedule. Travel & Other: Some travel may be required. A valid driver's license is required, and the incumbent must meet the University's fleet rules to be eligible to drive for University business. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe from Primary Purpose). Responsibilities (Essential Functions). Requirements (Minimum Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills (maybe combine from preferred). Benefits (none given). Pay (Hiring Range). Schedule (Work schedule + duration). Possibly also Physical Requirements as a section? Not in list but could be under Requirements? The instruction says use headings for those specific section names; we can also add other headings if needed? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings when applicable; we could also add other headings if needed but better to stick to those. Physical Requirements could go under Requirements or maybe under a separate section not listed; but we could incorporate into Requirements as a paragraph. However we must preserve all substantive info; we can include Physical Requirements under Requirements as a

. Similarly Travel & Other could go under Schedule or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably under Schedule? Travel is separate but we could add a short note under Schedule or maybe under Responsibilities. Since not in list, maybe we incorporate into Schedule or Responsibilities. Let's think: The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exhaustive; we could still use other headings if needed, but better to follow the spirit: use those headings for sections that match. For Physical Requirements, we could put under Requirements as a paragraph. For Travel & Other, maybe under Schedule or Responsibilities. I'd put Travel under Schedule as a note. Now we need to remove boilerplate: "Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative but not definitive..." We'll keep the substance but maybe shorten? We must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details: extended periods of sitting, repetitive hand/wrist motion, occasional standing, walking across campus, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Also mention reasonable accommodations may be made. Also mention in-person role, willing to relocate within California, preferably within 25 miles of Stockton Pacific campus. Also valid driver's license required, fleet rules. Also travel may be required. Also work schedule: standard business hours, occasional evening and weekend responsibilities. Also 40-hour/week position for six months with possibility for extension. We also have Hiring Range: $28.00 per hour. Also note about factors considered. We need to exclude Background Check Statement and AB 810 Misconduct Disclosure (legal). Also "To apply, visit ..." (application instructions). Also copyright etc. Now structure:

About the role

Primary Purpose The International Student & Scholar Services Coordinator delivers critical immigration compliance, SEVIS administration, and advising for the University's international population. Serving as a Designated School Official (DSO) for F-1 students, the role focuses on I-20 issuance, SEVIS record updates, and compliance tasks, with a primary emphasis on F-1 Optional Practical Training (OPT), especially post-completion OPT and STEM OPT. In addition, the coordinator provides limited support to the Study Abroad team by assisting with application processing and responding to general inquiries from prospective Study Abroad participants.

That's about role.

Responsibilities

We need to list essential functions. Could break into subpoints using
  • . We'll combine all essential functions bullet points. Essential Functions Immigration Compliance & SEVIS Administration: Serve as a DSO; ensure SEVIS compliance and timely reporting in accordance with federal regulations. Create, update, and maintain I-20 (F-1) records and associated digital/physical files; manage SEVIS actions and data integrity (FERPA compliant). Monitor immigration alerts, deadlines, and policy changes; apply updates to institutional processes and documents. F-1 OPT Focus: Advising & Case Processing: Lead end-to-end post-completion OPT case processing: advise on eligibility/timelines, recommend OPT in SEVIS, issue updated I-20s, and maintain SEVIS employment and address updates throughout the OPT period. Track and manage OPT compliance: monitor unemployment day limits, reporting deadlines, and SEVIS alerts; send reminders; update records based on student reports. Support STEM OPT extension processes: review training plan (Form I-983) for completeness, advise on timelines and reporting obligations, process material change updates, and maintain required records and validations. Provide targeted OPT workshops/briefings and written guidance (e.g., emailed instructions, checklists, web FAQs) to streamline student compliance and reduce case errors. Offer limited, triage-level F-1 advising beyond OPT (e.g., travel signatures, routine status maintenance, simple program extensions/transfers), referring complex/non-OPT matters to senior staff. Collaboration & Compliance Communication: Collaborate with Admissions to ensure complete and accurate data for timely I-20 issuance for admitted F-1 students. Draft and maintain immigration compliance content (webpages, FAQs, email templates, guides, presentations) with an emphasis on OPT clarity and accuracy. Communicate immigration policy updates and key deadlines to students, faculty, and staff; route complex issues appropriately. Reporting & Administration: Produce ad hoc and routine reports from ISSM/SEVIS (e.g., OPT/STEM OPT caseloads, reporting compliance, document issuance metrics). Develop simple dashboards or visual reports (e.g., in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI) to track OPT/STEM OPT compliance trends, SEVIS alerts, and processing timelines. Analyze data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and compliance risks, and share actionable insights with leadership for process improvement. Perform administrative tasks such as correspondence, appointment scheduling, and records management. We'll put each bullet as
  • .
