International Shipping Coordinator (8am)

Under the manager’s supervision, process customer orders in Oracle, manage stock transfers, receiving, and inventory accuracy, while handling documentation for shipments and supporting record-keeping. Work closely with customer service to resolve order issues and assist with clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- RMA processing, monitoring and resolving Open Batch Report.
- Responsible for all transaction inventory functions and controls associated with Oracle and Prism systems.
- Departmental expert of Oracle System performing ISO and cycle count results.
- Preparation of International shipping documentation and coordinate/communicate with supervisors and management about timing for bookings/shipments/schedules.
- Coordinate with forwarders/customers/sales as required to ship orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monthly Labor analysis, daily order processing matrix, Quarantine activity, Clippership update and Oracle inventory analysis of variances/issues.
- Matrix LTL productivity, picking error report analysis, order office supplies as required, maintain shipping document files paper and electronic.
- Support Department Supervisor’s daily objectives.
- Equipment room support and backup as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3+ years of general office or similar warehouse experience.
- Proficiency with computers and other office technology.
- Must work well with minimal supervision; overtime may be required.
- Works in office and Distribution Center area, and occasional meetings at the St. Louis plant (7405 Page Ave). Traveling to Mentor Ohio is rare but possible for training.
- This role requires work within the Distribution Center, which is not temperature controlled and requires specific PPE. All guidelines must be followed if and when working in the D.C. outside of the office.
- 95% inside, 5% outside work. Temperature controlled office in non-temperature-controlled warehouse.
Physical Demands
- Continuously (67-100% of the time): Lift/Carry 10-50lbs, Stand/Walk, Light Grasping, Keyboarding, Writing, Visual Acuity, and Depth Perception.
- Frequently (34-66% of the time): Lift/Carry 51-100lbs, Push/Pull 10-100lbs, Bend/Twist, Reach above shoulder & below knee, Squat, Kneel, Climb, Sit, Speaking, and Hearing.
- Occasionally (11-33% of the time): Repetitive Foot Motion, Repetitive Leg Motion, Heavy Grasping, and Operate Power Tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business, supply chain, or another related field.
- Inventory Tracking/ERP/WMS experience and knowledge.
- AS/400, PRISM, Oracle and Integration Point current systems.
- Previous experience in international shipping in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Teams), and computer-networked printers.
- Experience working in a Chemical Manufacturer or other regulated industry.
Skills
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, attentive to detail.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and possess a congenial phone presence.
Pay
$20 - $23/hr ($41,600 - $47,840) + bonus. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
Schedule
Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm and overtime as needed.
