Responsibilities
- Developing an understanding of the event portfolio, market and offer value-based packages based on customer objectives and needs
- Building long-term relationships with customers, understanding their businesses and marketing strategies and becoming a trusted trade show expert
- Communicating with senior level prospects and customers both in person and via video conferencing
- Managing CRM system, pipeline, and campaigns across multiple events
- Attending RX events, competitor events and scheduled customer office visits
- Communicating with internal teams throughout entire sales cycle
- Achieving and surpassing individual revenue targets
Requirements
- Be a self-motivated individual with a determined, mature approach and prepared to go that extra mile to achieve/exceed sales
- Have a proven and successful track record in sales environment
- Demonstrate effective telephone sales ability at a senior level
- Have experience in consultative selling, maximizing revenue from existing customers demonstrating innovation and creativity
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize projects based on need and organization
- Be a team player with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate high level of professionalism with strong attention to detail
- Be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
