Array Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Outside Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!
Experience 3 years of outside sales experience.
Prior experience in a service-focused industry (construction, commercial plumbing, commercial roofing, commercial HVAC, commercial janitorial, property management restoration, etc.).
- Perform door-to-door outreach and local networking to generate new leads and promote our services.
- Build trust and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers across various property and service sectors.
- Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business or project goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team growth.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community functions to strengthen brand presence and create new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Comfort with face-to-face sales and field-based outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting.

Pay
$75,000/year + Uncapped Commission
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (Ability to attend after-hours events such as trade shows, social networking events, etc.)
