About the role
Epic, a privately held global leader in health information technology, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their payroll team. This role focuses on international payroll and plays a key role in running and improving the company's payroll program.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the company's international payroll program
- Implement new payroll procedures and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Provide creative solutions to streamline payroll operations
- Research and analyze payroll trends and best practices
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in international payroll
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll or related field
- Knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance
