Responsibilities
- Experience of at least 1-3 years in Cosmetics Technical Marketing
- Presentable with good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Good understanding and ability to identify business development opportunities
- Search new companies of cosmetic & herbal
- Arrange appointment and visit the customer to generate the inquiry
- Cook all marketing activities to generate leads
- To coordinate technical requirement for projects, samples, request as well as complaints
- Detail oriented and good at conversation and building customer relationship
- Provide product recommendations to customer and conduct trials, product Troubleshoot at customers place
- Maintain track of competitor’s product process and their market status
- Marketing calls to targeted customers who really need the company’s products/ services explain about the features, benefits etc. and convert them as a customer
- Solving customer technical queries regarding various products keeping in loop all the technical departments and sending preliminary samples for examination
- Need to satisfy the customer by solving their issues related to the product after discussing with the technical team
- Initiate and monitor field tests at customers end to support new products development
- Find out new technological improvements that can be made to improve customer satisfaction
- Collect customer feedback regularly from respective representative of customer
- Explore ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
