Purpose of the role

The Logistics Compliance Coordinator is a key contributor to the execution and continuous improvement of BIC’s global supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and a proactive mindset who is looking to build expertise within international logistics and compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate international shipments across air, ocean, trucking, and intermodal transportation to ensure timely and compliant delivery
  • Monitor, track, and proactively address shipment delays, risks, and disruptions
  • Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of import/export documentation in line with regulatory and company standards
  • Maintain records and support audits to ensure compliance across global logistics activities
  • Support export inquiries and documentation requirements
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct data gathering and root cause analysis to support key performance indicators
  • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements across logistics operations
  • Support freight audit processes by reviewing rate data and identifying discrepancies
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate coding, tracking, and approvals
  • Support system testing, enhancements, and data integrity across logistics platforms
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and global partners to ensure alignment and timely communication
  • Coordinate across regions, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, import/export coordination, or supply chain operations
