International Logistic Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Schedule trucks shipments both domestic and international
• Ensure timely schedules for client orders
• Review customer purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Track and fix shipping errors
• Prepare bills and invoices
• Back-up our Scheduling/Planning department as needed with work orders
• Meet and greet customers and visitors
• All other duties assigned

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A college degree preferred
• Experience with import/export documentation strongly preferred
• Computer and keyboard knowledge
• The ability to use database and email
• An understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
• The ability to follow and communicate with excellent verbal & written instructions
• The ability to make decisions based on deadlines and customer requirements
• The ability to work as a team to meet customer demands based on inventory controls
• An attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to reliability and consistency
