About the role
The University of Georgia is a public research university located in Athens, Georgia. The Office of Global Engagement offers services for international initiatives, global education, and risk management for international travelers, immigration services, international centers abroad, and finance and operations.
Responsibilities
Logistics – assist with facilitating, or follow-up on meals, lodging, travel, and program activities.
Clerical – Collect and copy receipts, assists with grant participant activities, assist PI or Grant Coordinator with projects.
Other Duties as assigned, and provide driving back-up for supply or meal pickup.
Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
Physical Demands: Sit at a desk for long periods of time, and lift up to 35 lbs.
Driving: Required for job-related duties.
