About the role
The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice at EY is a joint venture combining expertise from Transaction Advisory Services and Tax service lines. ITTS advises corporate and private equity clients on their capital agenda through three competencies: Transaction Tax Advisory, International Corporate Tax Advisory, and Transfer Pricing. The practice is uniquely positioned to capitalize on the transactions market, offering a broad scope of engagements and continuous learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Review staff work and assist with technical planning and global project management
- Participate in cross-competency trainings to enhance career development
- Handle activities with a focus on quality and commercial value
- Maintain a strong reputation as a trusted advisor by managing regulatory compliance and bold initiatives
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or graduate degree with relevant work experience
- Experience in tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning
- Knowledge of international and domestic tax regulations
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment
- Travel may be required

- Valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status

Pay
The base salary range for this role in the US is $91,100 to $150,200. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $109,400 to $170,600.
Schedule
Most people in external, client-serving roles are expected to work together in person 60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year. Employees are also granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence.
